Experience vs Skills

Having no working experience is a big issue to a lot of young people. It leads you to a cycle in which you don’t have a job because of your lack of experience and you will never have proper experience because of not having opportunities.

The only way to deal with this never ending cycle, is through the development of skills required for a certain job position.

Our training is based on real sales scenarios that happen on board the cruise ships. Practicing over and over again will give you the skills and the confidence that you need. Even without having years of experience, you will know what you need to do so you can do the job well in order to bring revenue to the organization. Let’s not be in the dark- having the necessary skills or not is the reason of someone hiring you or not!

There is nothing more rewarding than to see the transformation of a shy, young person, with limited job experience and passive English language, into a jewelry specialist able to overcome any objections from the guests.

My experience on the ships was amazing . After 8 years of working in the shops on board, I couldn’t help but constantly ask myself where I could be, if I knew from the first moment that I stepped on board, what I know now.

And that’s when I made this training program, together with my wife.

Our students got promoted in months instead of years .

It took me two years and a half to become an Assistant Manager when our students got this position in half of that time.

We created this program because we saw people with a lot of experience but with no energy or people not able to adapt because of their egos. We noticed, on the other hand, some associates ready to learn and try new sales approaches in order to make the target.

We created this program because we believe that people who are ready to spend their time and money in learning new skills are people with vision and goals.

These are the people who will make the difference.
